All public and private schools from class 1-8 to remain closed till Eid in Pakistan. There is lot of confusion going around among students and parents and also in the school administration as what is valid in which area but there is no solid information.
In Lahore, Rawalpindi, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Multan, Bahawalpur, Sialkot, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Toba Tek Singh, Rahimyar Khan, Dera Ghazi Khan and Sheikhupura this is valid but what about the rest of the country? Didn’t know that children from class 9 onwards are corona proof. Not fair what about 9 to 12 they are not humans? What sort of policy is this? What education minister is thinking or if he is thinking?
Nothing been said on universities reopening? what about them? What about colleges? What about universities, colleges, madaris, schools, in Sindh Balochistan, KP, AJK, GB? Why there is no uniform and simple policy for rest of the country? All schools in Pakistan until grade 8th closed till Eid as decided in NCOC meeting. Matric and Inter student’s situation after listening the exam’s announcement is really funny right now.
Government has announced to take exams with strict SOPs but then students are not believing them. I don’t understand the logic of closing the schools for class 1 to 8 and not for 9 , 10 , 11 and 12 classes what’s the point? Classes of grade nine to twelve to resume from April 19 across Pakistan said country’s federal education minister. This is what exactly our Governmental education minister (Shafqat Mehmood) wants to do with the Students.
All Public & Private Schools classes 9-12 will be open only Monday & Thursday starting April 19th, 2021 in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Multan, Bahawalpur, Sialkot, Sargoda, Faisalabad, TT Singh, RYK, Sheikhupura and DG Khan. NCOC special session will be held tomorrow to review the opening of education sector. Ramazan SOPs will also be reviewed in light of input from Ulema.
