The officials of the mining company engaged in the coal extraction in Block 1 of Thar Coalfields near Islamkot town on Saturday assured the heirs of the deceased engineer Haresh Kumar Meghwar of the actions against those responsible after the probe.
Colonel (retired) Zahid Khan, the admin manager and senior cooperative manager, Mir Imanulla Junejo visited village Vahrijhap near Dipolo town and after condoling the death of Engineer Haresh Kumar with the family members and relatives assured them that the stern actions would be taken against those found involved in the ugly episode due to which a newly-appointed engineer died under the mysterious circumstances while performing his duties some six days back. They said that all the executives and officials of the firms were saddened over the mysterious death of their fellow engineer.
The parents and other relatives speaking to the officials complained that Mr Kumar died under very mysterious circumstances after he was not provided with the required medical aid when he had suffered cardiac arrest. They demanded of the even-handed justice and due punishment to those, who were responsible for his tragic death. They hoped that those who had provided him with tainted food and denied him to get the timely medication would duly be punished so that another employee might face the identical treatment at the hands of such callous and indifferent people.
Here it may be recalled that relatives of the deceased young engineer had staged protest demonstrations in Mithi, Diplo and other towns of Tharparkar district demanding the probe into the mysterious death of Mr Haresh Kumar Mehwar.
